Time flies, and the seasons flow. In 2024, all employees of the refined synthesis workshop worked together and forged ahead, and went through a challenging and rewarding journey together. This meeting is not only a review and summary of the work of the past year, but also a prospect and plan for future development. At the beginning of the meeting, Comrade Chen Fei, the leader in charge, delivered an enthusiastic opening speech. Mr. Chen highly praised the hard work of all employees in the workshop in the past year, and expressed his sincere admiration for the spirit of unity and cooperation and the perseverance of hard work shown by everyone in the face of various challenges. He pointed out that 2024 is a challenging year. The interweaving of multiple factors such as raw material price fluctuations, changes in market demand and environmental pressure has brought many difficulties to the production and operation of the workshop. However, all employees worked together to overcome difficulties and not only successfully completed various production tasks, but also achieved remarkable results in product quality, production efficiency, safety and environmental protection. At the same time, Mr. Chen also put forward clear expectations and requirements for the work in the coming year. He hopes that everyone can continue to maintain a positive and enterprising work attitude, continuously improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality, be brave to innovate, dare to take responsibility, and contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of the workshop. Mr. Chen emphasized that in the new year, the workshop will continue to adhere to quality as the core and market-oriented, continuously optimize the production process, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and strive to enhance the core competitiveness of the workshop. At the same time, it will further strengthen team building and create a more harmonious and positive working atmosphere, so that every employee can realize their own value in the big family of the workshop and create a better future together.

Subsequently, Yang Jun, deputy director of the workshop, gave a comprehensive and detailed summary report on the work of the workshop in 2024. He elaborated on the completion of production tasks, quality management, safety and environmental protection, technological innovation and other aspects, and clearly demonstrated the various achievements made by the workshop in the past year through specific data and cases. In terms of production tasks, Director Yang pointed out that despite the various difficulties and challenges, all employees of the workshop have ensured the smooth completion of production tasks by rationally arranging production plans, optimizing production processes, and strengthening equipment maintenance. Director Yang also objectively analyzed the problems and shortcomings in the work in the summary. He pointed out that the professional skills and comprehensive quality of some employees need to be improved, and there is still a lack of adaptability when facing some new technologies and new processes; the automation level of production equipment is not high enough, which has a certain impact on the stability of production efficiency and product quality. In response to these problems, Director Yang put forward specific improvement measures and suggestions. He said that in the new year, the workshop will increase employee training, formulate a more scientific and reasonable training plan, and improve employees' professional skills and comprehensive quality through internal training, external training, job training and other methods to meet the needs of workshop development. At the same time, we will increase investment and transformation of production equipment, gradually improve the automation level of equipment, reduce manual operation, and improve production efficiency and product quality stability.

In order to commend the advanced and encourage all employees to be proactive and make greater achievements in their work, the meeting specially set up a commendation session for outstanding employees. This year, after layers of screening and strict review, the workshop selected 4 outstanding employees, namely Liao Chuanjun, the representative of the powder screening and packaging position, Liu Bo, the representative of the concentration position, Ni Hongmei, the representative of the new staff, and Yuan Daoming, the support representative. These four outstanding employees have performed well in their respective positions. With a high sense of responsibility, superb professional skills and selfless dedication, they have made outstanding contributions to the development of the workshop.

In order to further improve the professional skills of employees and enhance the spirit of teamwork, a unique packaging skills competition was organized during the meeting. This event is divided into material tying speed PK and full paper barrel sealing PK. During the competition, the contestants raced against time, moved skillfully and quickly, and showed superb tying skills. After fierce competition, 1 first prize and 2 second prizes were finally selected. Mr. Wang, the general manager of the company, attended the meeting and praised and encouraged. Other workshop departments are required to follow suit.

This event not only provides employees with a platform to show themselves, but also stimulates everyone's sense of competition and teamwork spirit. Through such activities, employees have a deeper understanding of the importance of professional skills, and have expressed that they will continue to learn and improve themselves in their future work and contribute more to the development of the workshop. At the same time, this competition also further promoted the transmission of the company's core values such as teamwork, enhanced communication and exchanges between employees, and created a positive, united and friendly working atmosphere.

In order to liven up the atmosphere, the meeting carefully arranged two interesting sessions. In the quiz session, the carefully designed questions covered workshop production, safety knowledge, process key points and many other aspects. Employees actively responded to the questions, and the atmosphere was tense and warm, fully demonstrating everyone's familiarity with the workshop work and their enthusiasm for active participation. The brain teaser session was even more interesting, and everyone used their brains to give various creative answers. The laughter and joy on the scene not only eased the tense atmosphere of the meeting, but also enhanced the interaction and communication between employees, making the entire meeting in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

At the end of the event, the team leaders gave summary reports. Li Nian summarized the equipment safety work throughout the year. He introduced in detail the daily maintenance and care of the equipment, as well as the measures taken and the results achieved in equipment safety management. At the same time, he also pointed out some problems and deficiencies in equipment safety management, and put forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. Yang Zhe summarized the small-scale test, quality and yield improvement of the new project. He shared the experience and lessons learned in the small-scale test of the new project, as well as the exploration and practice in improving product quality and yield. Through a series of technical improvements and process optimization, the quality and yield of the products have been significantly improved, injecting new vitality into the development of the workshop. Wang Jiajun summarized the work of documents, records and training. He emphasized the importance of document and record management, introduced the system and process established in document and record management, and how to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documents and records. At the same time, he also reviewed the training work throughout the year, summarized the content, methods and effects of the training, and put forward plans and ideas for further strengthening training work in the new year.
