This time, we were fortunate to invite Dr. Xia Shuang from the School of Life Sciences of South-Central University for Nationalities to share in depth on the theme of "Clean Production Technology in Fermentation Industry", focusing on the characteristics of clean production, evaluation methods of clean production and wastewater treatment in fermentation industry.

Mr. Wang further elaborated that in actual production practice, we may encounter various problems shared by Dr. Xia, such as cost control, technological innovation and maturity in the application of clean production technology. But these problems are not terrible. The key is that we should get ideas from them and think about how to analyze and solve problems. We can actively explore whether there are more advanced technologies that can be applied to the control of relevant indicators to achieve precise control of the production process and improve product quality and production efficiency.

In terms of environmental protection, the company has been constantly asking everyone to not only pay attention to the process technology and production costs of the products, but also to comprehensively consider the environmental protection treatment costs to achieve green, efficient and economical. In the process of pursuing clean production, we must reduce resource waste and pollutant generation by optimizing production processes; strengthen the management and maintenance of environmental protection facilities, improve the operating efficiency of facilities, reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs; actively develop and apply new environmental protection technologies to find more economical and efficient clean production solutions. The company also adheres to an open mind and looks forward to cooperating with domestic and foreign research institutes and experts that are conducive to the company's development.
